AudioRepurpose Public Beta Improvements

Since the initial public beta launch, we have improved usage visibility, credit reliability, content generation, transcription processing, and sign-in while keeping AudioRepurpose focused on turning recordings into useful content.

Usage & Billing

• Redesigned the Usage dashboard to make credit activity easier to understand.
• Added clearer Credits Used, Credits Held, Credits Remaining, and Monthly Allowance summaries.
• Added plan-utilization visualization, Usage Trends, and Credits by Project.
• Added Audio Uploads, Transcription Minutes, and Content Generations activity metrics.
• Added project and workflow-level usage breakdowns.
• Added clearer settled, held, and released usage statuses.
• Added customer-friendly Summary and Detailed usage CSV exports.
• Improved credit settlement so completed work does not remain unnecessarily held.
• Improved the accuracy and transparency of recording-related credit usage.

Content Generation

• Improved Content Type generation reliability.
• Improved retry handling and generation progress/status updates.
• Fixed cases where successfully generated content could fail to save.
• Released or failed generation attempts no longer incorrectly consume final credits.
• Saved generated outputs now appear more reliably in the appropriate content and library workflows.

Uploads & Transcription

• Improved audio-duration handling and recording credit estimates.
• Final usage now uses trusted media duration.
• Improved upload and transcription credit finalization.
• Improved recovery when processing is interrupted.
• Continued transcription and processing reliability improvements.

Google Sign-In

• Google sign-in is available for the public beta.
• AudioRepurpose Google OAuth branding is verified.
• Google permissions have been simplified to request only what is currently required for sign-in.

Integrations - Coming Soon

• The dashboard Integrations area is now visible as a preview of future capabilities.
• Planned integrations include Zoom, Microsoft Teams, YouTube, Google Drive, OneDrive, Slack, Notion, and Granola.
• These integrations are not launched yet, and we are not promising a specific release date.

Polish & Reliability

• Continued public-beta UI polish and dashboard clarity improvements.
• Improved processing, billing, credit, and background-processing reliability.
• Continued security, stability, and production hardening improvements.

More is coming. We are actively improving AudioRepurpose during the public beta, with integrations, workflow improvements, and more ways to turn recordings into useful content on the roadmap.
